Director and Trainer

Shane Allen is the Director and Trainer at Shane Allen Training Pty Ltd. All courses are run by Shane and not contracted out to other businesses or individuals.

​His finance and accounting background spans executive and high level roles with many pedigree businesses ranging from Chartered Accounting firm, top echelon listed public companies, multinational institution, substantial privately owned family businesses, multi-billion dollar Government Special Vehicle entity right down to SME’s.

​Industry experience includes such fields as the profession (audit & tax), financial institutions (merchant banking & credit union), gas distribution (commercial, industrial, residential), agribusiness (including large scale farming, manufacture, wholesale, import and export), construction (Government project, commercial, residential) and real estate.

​Shane brings the lessons learnt during this broad career spanning almost 40 years to a range of interested course attendees including:

• ​Business owners, executives, managers who may be exceptional in their trained field (whether it be sales, marketing, operations, logistics, warehousing, etc) who feel that not having had training in business and financial principles is an oversight which is holding them back.
